Three Dixon area teenagers were injured in a one-vehicle accident Tuesday afternoon

Three Dixon area teenagers were injured in a one-vehicle accident Tuesday afternoon at 3:40 on Highway O, just north of Highway Y.
The highway patrol lists the injured teens as 18-year-old Lewis L. Dewitt, 18-year-old Bianca N. Lewis, and an unnamed 17-year-old male juvenile.
The juvenile and Bianca Lewis were taken by Dixon Ambulance to Phelps Health in Rolla. Dewitt was taken for treatment of his injuries by a private party.
Dewitt was the driver of a 2004 Chevrolet Malibu that traveled off the roadway and overturned.
