MoDOT Changing the Adopt a Highway Program

The Laclede County Commissioners discussed a letter that was sent from MoDOT at their regular meeting yesterday (Tuesday). The letter was about one of MoDOT’s programs, the Adopt a Highway program. Presiding County Commissioner Randy Angst read the letter aloud to the public attending the meeting.
When Angst asked the commissioners if they wanted to keep the program for the next couple of years Western Commissioner Darrell Pollock voiced his concerns.
After a long and careful discussion, Randy Angst decided to table the question and go back to it in a couple of weeks.
