Local Business Owner to Go on the Honor Flight

Lebanon Friends of the Fort is teaming up with the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) to help veterans visit memorials in Washington DC. This all-expense paid flight is called the Honor Flight, and to join the flight you have to fill out an application. The flight is tough to get on because there are only so many spots available. One of the spots on the upcoming flight will be filled by the owner of Jacobson Appliances, Larry Jacobson who tells us a little about what the Honor Flight is.

Jacobson says that he will be having a guest join him.

Jacobson says that he has had friends go on it, and he has always wanted to go on the flight as well. He will be flying to D.C. on May 29th.

If you are a veteran and would like to sign up for the Honor Flight you can go to Lebanon missouri.org or Honor Flight of the Ozarks.org
