Governor Mike Parson says he will work to make sure the Kansas City Chiefs and Royals STAY in Missouri

Governor Mike Parson says his administration will work to make sure the Kansas City Chiefs and Royals STAY in Missouri. His comments come after lawmakers in the Kansas Legislature work to help lure both clubs to the Sunflower State. At a business groundbreaking Tuesday morning, Parson said his administration will work to help keep both clubs in the Show-Me State, calling it (quote) “our main goal.” Meanwhile, Kansas City Mayor Quinton Lucas took to social media to say that Missouri legislators could still “match or outdo” efforts from the Kansas legislature.
