The Lebanon Police Department and Laclede County Drug Council will once again hold the annual Prescription Drug Take Back Day. Between 10 and 2 on Saturday April 24th residents will be able to dispose of unwanted prescription pills. Brittany Pendergrass with the Lebanon Police Department

 

Each year the Prescription Drug TakeBack Event allows individuals to safely dispose of hundreds of pounds of medicine.

 

The idea of the event is to keep potentially dangerous prescription medications from getting into the wrong hands. The Drug Take Back in Lebanon will be held in the parking lot of Lebanon City Hall and Police Department.
